About the event
The London Legal Forum is an exciting and innovating event taking place at UCL on 21 March 2015. We will be inviting students from universities across the University of London as well as from further afield.
They will be coming to discuss and debate some of the biggest issues facing the legal world. We are very excited to be welcoming the following speakers:
Baroness Kennedy QC on why we must protect human rights and whether attacks on human rights are justified.
Dame Deborah Jamieson OBE on her work in the legal and healthcare industries.
Hugh Tomlinson QC, founding member of Matrix Chambers, on his work representing the victims of the News of the World phone hacking scandal.
Chris White, founder of Aspiring Solicitors, on diversity in the legal profession.
This event will attract a large number of high calibre students who are genuinely engaged in the legal world. Thus the Forum provides the perfect opportunity reach out and connect with these students.
