About the event
TheTakeOvah.com is a media outlet that offers pro-bono press coverage for indie/re-emerging artists that need it. Through our submission based system, we deliver quality content without artists having to compete with celebrities or mainstream headlines. Using our online platform and local events, we’ve managed to connect to new fans and brands on the hunt for the next big thing before they become that. We’ve stuck to our mantra “Where Underground Is Mainstream” and have made it our mission to create opportunities for the underdog.
On October 10th for the first time, we are curating an event that is taking us outside of our hometown of New York. Dubbed “The Legends TakeOvah” we are featuring six of New York’s best up and coming emcees and putting them on a stage to open up for three Hip Hop icons; Raekwon (of Wu Tang Clan), Ghostface Killah (of Wu Tang Clan) and Smif N Wessun at the biggest stage in Hip Hop; Atlanta's A3C (All Three Coasts) Festival. For many indie artists, an opportunity to open for a musician of this magnitude is a dream, and here at The TakeOvah we are committed to making those dreams come true.
A3C Festival features 500+ performances over 5 days, while the Hip-Hop community ascends on Atlanta to experience, celebrate and discover the most legendary, talented and promising artists from across the US, and abroad. Artists are continuously added to A3C Festival line-up and every night features surprise performances. In other words, the A3C Festival is an amazing Hip-Hop experience like no other.
This is the first time it's been done, and we're very proud to be have Raekwon, Ghosface Killah (both of WuTang Clan) and Smif N Wessun as our headliners. With about 35,000 attendees, Atlanta's leading radio station Hot 107.9 as our Media Partner and displaying on the A3C festival's main stage, we are gearing up for a very exciting show and something iconic to the African American community and Hip Hop lovers all over. Past A3C performers and presenters include Sean "Diddy" Combs, and rappers Meek Mill and J.Cole
Attendees at the A3C festival range from ages 21-30, with professions across all walks of artistry including Music, Fashion and Film. Thanks to the high profile keynote speakers that attend the event each year, this year's festival has an estimated social reach of 5 million.
This is the first of a tentative three “The Legends TakeOvah” concerts, and with your help, we will be able to grow this event and provide opportunities for emerging musicians everywhere.

As a Gold Sponsor, you will receive logo placement on all of the marketing materials (except on-stage signage) for The Legends TakeOvah. Your product will be photographed with one (or more) of our performers as well as announced throughout the duration of the show to our 35,000 attendees. You will also receive a sponsor announcement by one of the concert hosts. You also receive passes and backstage access for up to three of your representatives.

As a Platinum Sponsor, you are an official partner of "The Legends TakeOvah”. You will receive your logo on all marketing items for the event including, (all but not limited to) step and repeats, stage banner, web-banner on affiliate websites for up to one year following the event. Promotion will also be included on your radio station sin both New York and Atlanta. Your product or company will be also be promoted across social media by our affiliated musicians and influencers. You will receive multiple announcements via radio promotion as well as frequent promotion during the duration of this concert. This sponsorship also comes with a fan contest curated by one of our legends and backstage access passes for up to five of your representatives.
