About the event
Title Town Smash, a video game tournament hosting group, is looking to gain sponsors for our upcoming eSports Video Game tournament event on March 3rd of 2018. The event is titled The Leap and will feature Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Super Smash Bros. Melee, and more. This will be, to date, the largest video game event in Green Bay history.
Why should you sponsor?
Your sponsorship will help increase the prize money for players and advertise the tournament. Both will lead to a bigger turnout and more publicity for both parties. In return, Title Town Smash will introduce your company to a stream of new potential customers and demographics with a high amount of traffic to your company's website and/or social media platforms.
With your sponsorship, we will be able to distribute the prize pool to additional players as an added incentive, and to increase spending on advertising. We anticipate having over 300 unique individuals registered with an expected 500 attendees the day of the event. Currently, the event is slated to be one the largest Smash Bros tournaments of all time for the State of Wisconsin and the Midwest United States. This is a golden opportunity for your company to be involved with an event that will be remembered for years to come.
We anticipate reaching an audience of over 30,000 on Facebook before the event date. Posts will be made at minimum once a week on multiple Facebook groups and twitter accounts with a combined 10,000 followers and also on the 140,000 member subreddit/r/Smashbros. We also anticipate over 12,000 spectators to tune in to one of the various online broadcasts throughout the days of the event. Additionally these live broadcasts are uploaded to YouTube and receive 5000 or more views. In addition to all the new traffic we will gain, the majority of previous visitors will return back to our webpages to participate in the tournament and related discussion.
Trent NessI was the owner and head organizer of Universe eSports. An organization based in Green Bay, Wisconsin and Brooklyn, New York until its shutdown in late August of 2016. I am an active member and tournament organizer of the Wisconsin Smash Scene. I travel incredibly frequently as an ambassador for the scene and as a player. I am the head TO of Smasher’s Anonymous, a local tournament held in Green Bay, Wisconsin which averages around 50 entrants per bi-weekly. Being well traveled as I am I have attended (and plan to attend) many tournaments, thus expanding my reach. Now running Title Town Smash, LLC we look to become one of the largest tournament organizers in the Midwest, being fully insured and independently funded.

For $500, you will receive all of the Silver benefits alongside: Your company being tagged and linked in all social media posts (Facebook, Twitter, Reddit) with a minimum of once per week. 3 Dedicated direct advertisement posts on social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter) involving thanking your company for being a major sponsor, providing information on and recommending your goods/services, and providing links to your social media and websites. This can also include graphics, video, or other advertisements provided by your company. A larger logo (than Silver) on all social media banners, posters, badges, T-Shirts, and other physical merchandise advertising the event. The larger logo will be placed higher to signify that your company is a major sponsor.

For $1000, you will receive all of Gold and Silver's benefits alongside: 10 Total dedicated direct advertisement posts on social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter) involving thanking your company for being a head sponsor, providing information on and recommending your goods/services, and providing links to your social media and websites. This can also include graphics, video, or other advertisements provided by your company. 8 Advertisements during the 12,000+ Viewer Online Broadcasts during the event dates. This can include video advertisements provided by your company or a live advertisement done by the commentators using the verbiage/slogans your company provides. 8 Advertisements during other live broadcasts leading up to the event dates with averaging 5,000 or more viewers. This can include video advertisements provided by your company or a live advertisement done by the commentators using the verbiage/slogans your company provides. An even larger logo (than Gold) on all social media banners, posters, badges, T-Shirts, and other physical merchandise advertising the event. The larger logo will be placed at the top to signify that your company is a lead sponsor. Ability to have event floor space allocated to a company booth where your company can personally reach the 500+ event attendees and hand out information.
