About the event
The Italian Institute, is a two days event full of activities dedicated to the Shadowhunters world created by the pen of Cassandra Clare, with special guests from the cast of the tv series.
Conferences with Q&A with all the fans (PANEL), photo session (Foto OP), autographs and private meetings with a restrictive group of fan (Meet&Greet).There will be special zones with merchandising, special contest for the attendance, concerts and surprise events.
Each activities has a cost that will be announced with every guest. To access to the convention and purchase extras {activities} you need to buy a pass. Each pass include different things, the less expensive for example guarantee only the access to the convention and to the panels, the expensive ones included also different activities and some of them can be chosen.Why should you sponsor?
Our event is innovative and attract audience from any age and any region. It comes with a great deal of visibility all around the world, being a limited and selective event but spread through social network as special and unique opportunity.

Kinetic Vibe is the reslut of a project several years in the making. With our roots as KpopItalia, small reality dedicated to South Korea and Kpop, we managed to create a little microcosmos in Italy in which everyone with a strong passion and motivation found the way to grow up and stand out following their passions and dreams.
With the belief and strength in our strong and emotional passion for music, we were able to host several themed parties and our first concert events with Korean groups Lunafly, NU’EST, and Block B.
Those experiences made us understand that we get great satisfaction in creating events with high emotional impact for our audience. That understanding is what lead us to the vision of Kinetic Vibe – a high quality event agency.
Now
Kinetic Vibe will be the explosion of this vision with our main concept and mission being to create high emotional impact events, following progress with passion. We are always going to provide our audience a great emotion FIRST, with related products and services.
