About the event

The ILLUMINATION Project shines light upon social darkness that overshadows youth and young adults. This year’s focus is food scarcity associated with minority college students. We endeavor to support college students who are from low-income families or are the first generation to attend college that struggle and choose between paying rent, paying utilities, purchasing personal toiletries, or trying to buy food. We strive to aid students and raise more awareness across the country to help realize that there is a sector of deserving young adults who don’t know where their next meal is coming from. Students and the families that support them should never have to decide if it’s more important to buy a book or cook. 

The ILLUMINATION Project will relieve stress and hunger for minority students by raising awareness and funds via a Gospel Music Concert Tour called “The ILLUMINATION TOUR” The tour brings excitement, inspiration and a strong transformative message through an electrifying musical experience that will engage any audience. Your support will help us send care packages to include financial support, toiletries, and food to campuses across the United States.
