About the event
“The Home” Teen Camp 2018 will be organized in Hankavan, Armenia from August 10th-14th, 2018.
Every year starting from 2001 “Word of Life” Church has been organizing Christian camps for teenagers and young people. During those 16 years about 5000 teenagers and young people have studied the Word of God, have learned and practiced Christian values, have started to follow the Lord. Now many of them serve at Church, and are leaders and organizers of Church ministries.
Camp “The Home” is aimed at introducing teenagers the world that is based on Christian values and moral norms, helping them choose the right way of life.
The vision of the teenager camp is: “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it“. Proverbs 22.6
Why should you sponsor?
It is not a secret that teenagers (12-16 years old) are considered the most vulnerable social group. In today’s world of declining moral values a Z generation is risen and brought up. The Z generation is a risk group that knows no limits, is tolerant to everything happening around them, lives in the world of informational technologies. The camp “Home” is aimed at introducing teenagers the world that is based on Christian values and moral norms, helping them choose the right way of life.
The target audience of the camp and the participants are teenagers, who are our future. This camp will include teen from families with bad social conditions, and teen, whose parents are in prisons. This will help them get involved in the society and network with people in their age.

On behalf of “Word of Life” Church of Armenia it's more than 6 years since I organize many events like conferences, teen meetings which include about 100-160 teen, camps for teen and youth camps. I hold 3 creative groups, each of them consists of 10-12 people. We create good content, games, generate ideas for camps.
We see fruits of our work and this is the first time we try to find a sponsor for our camp, as we understand that this will help many teenagers to get involved in this amazing project. I hope you will find our project a great one. I will be happy to meet you and tell you about our camp. Also I would like to invite you to paerticipate and see what God does in our camps and what an amazing event you sponsor.
