About the event

The Amateur Pickleball Association runs pickleball tournaments around the country for amateur players. We see players from 8-80 years of age with 60+ events in half the states around the US and growing. We are looking to grow the game, provide an exceptional experience and increase opportunities for the every day play to compete in tournament play. 

Why should you sponsor?

Direct support of our events will provide us with an opportunity to provide cash prizes to players, increase our marketing abilities and have a direct impact on the experience we can provide. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the country and has just started it's climb. 

Thomas Davidson

I started Pastime Tournaments in 2006, a youth travel baseball company that hosts tournaments around the country for baseball players. Pickleball has taken over my passion for event production and management so I took the same concept from baseball and applied it to the pickleball space. I launched APA in 2021 as my current 7 and 10 year old got interested in the sport and we are now setting 60 events in 2023 across the country. I was a 40 Under 40 recipient for the Indianapolis Business Journal  for the success we had with Pastime Tournaments and have enjoyed growing the brand to where it already is in such a short time.
