About the event

The Confidence Catalyst Retreat is a luxury three-day event taking place from 29-31 August 2025. It’s designed to inspire and uplift midlife women through powerful workshops, guest speakers, somatic healing, and meaningful connections in an exclusive venue. My goal is to create a ripple effect of empowerment, where attendees leave not only changed themselves but ready to uplift others around them.

Why should you sponsor?

My target audience is female entrepreneurs, 40-55, who are feeling lost, no sense of who they truly are and have lost confidence in themselves, their image and their online impact which in turn is causing their business to suffer. They are still driven to succeed but have lost sight of the path and their self belief to show up authentically and embody their brand. 

The venue is exclusive and premium, this is an intimate event to generate the highest impact. But as mentioned, the retreat will be run multiple times a year and promoted continuously on social media, making this an attractive, long term proposition. 

I have connections to a lot of influential midlife entrepreneurs and experts, ensuring longevity and variety. 

There is a bespoke photo shoot on the second day, to empower the ladies and learn to love what they see through the lens. There is scope to include professional product placement shots with Debs and/or the speakers.

Hi, I’m Debs, a Midlife Empowerment Coach and business mentor, with a mission to help women rediscover their confidence, reconnect with their purpose, and show up authentically in every aspect of their lives. My ethos, Brave, Bold, BADASS, is at the heart of everything I do, and this retreat is the culmination of my passion for female strength, positivity and creating transformational experiences. I am at 5k followers on Instagram and actively growing. I have some well known midlife experts as speakers who will share the retreat info on socials, further raising my profile. My aim is to run the retreat at least twice a year, potentially every month if its feasible. I am extremely passionate about 'rebranding midlife' for women, to let them see it's actually such an amazing time full of potential.
