Sponsorship Opportunities - The Festive Pop Up
The Collective is a group of event professionals, brought together by the award winning, Fast Forward 15 initiative, founded by Fay Sharpe from Zibrant. The intention is to create a unique festive shopping experience, for the benefit of two fantastic charities, Newlife and The Prince’s Trust.
The event will take place in an extraordinary new venue, located in central London. The venue will open in November 2015, and The Festive Pop Up will provide our target market of high level event professionals, with a fantastic opportunity to visit and experience a new, unique, central London venue.
The event comprises of the ultimate festive shopping event. Under one roof, in central London, you will find delectable Christmas foodie treats, a full range of gifts for men and women, as well as children.
The event will include a variety of gift stands including jewellery and cosmetics, as well as a bespoke tailor and Christmas food and drink producers. On arrival at the venue, you will be greeted with an array of traditional Christmas food stands such as roasted chestnuts, and live entertainment, before being greeted with mulled wine and festive nibbles. The evening will include a variety of entertainment including live performances, demonstrations, as well as a live raffle to include prizes such as exclusive tickets to Cirque de Soleil at the Royal Albert Hall. The unique aspect of this event is not only the venue, but the attendees, who will all be senior event professionals with decision making capability, so this presents a fantastic marketing platform for event suppliers.
The Attendees
Our target market, secured through our extensive professional networks, are senior event professionals, all with decision making capability. This captive audience provides a great opportunity to showcase event services and products to an audience who regularly books similar organisations for their own events.
Advertising the Event
The event will be advertised through a large number of mediums, across the marketing mix. There will be a significant social media presence, across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, with an anticipated reach of at least 5,000 unique users.
We will also utilise email marketing, and have access to a database of over 3,000 senior event professionals. Previous experience with similar events utilising this marketing strategy has seen a ‘click through’ rate of 50%, with the industry average being only 18.50%.
The event will also be advertised throughout industry press, through a mix of advertising and editorial. Crucially, the event will feature with extensive editorial in C&IT magazine, which has an average monthly readership of 18,500. The benefit if C&IT magazine is that it is a requested magazine, which means advertising in this publication ensures we are marketing to the highest quality readers in the industry. We anticipate the market rate of this advertising to be £4560.
