We're a group from Sweden, we're organising a club event for students and people with the age of 18-25 in focus. We have the location set, poster etc is finnished.
The events name is "The Carnaval House" it will feature samba dancing with a show and fire shows carried out by proffessionals.
We'll have 2 dancefloors with 3 djs in total, 1 with House/latin and one with radio/commersial music.
We're looking for a sponsor to help us get this event up and going.
What we still have to finnish: Print posters and VIP tickets. Fix a special offer for VIP tickets (We're thinking goodiebags).
Its not much and we can return as much as advertising you/your company. We will have your name on the poster and the tickets. We are gladly open for suggestions.
