The Blind Bear Affair - JOES Spring Auction,

The Treasury, San Francisco, California, United States The Treasury, San Francisco, California, United States

  • About the event

Help Us Raise Money For Our School!

Jose Ortega Elementary school is holding a fundraising auction this coming spring to help support our vital science and art programs. We'd love to have you attend!

By becoming a sponsor, you will be able to enrich the lives and brains of future tech leaders in the Bay Area by covering administrative costs for running this event.

Our goal is to have a great time while raising funds via an online, silent, and live auction to benefit all students at Jose Ortega. This year’s theme is a Prohibition-era night at an upscale “blind pig” (another name for speakeasy), the Blind Bear.

Attendees will be able to bid on items donated by merchants, teachers, and parents, as well as art work by our students.

    Why should you sponsor?

As a leader at your company, you undoubtedly understand the tremendous value of the unique, local community.

Jose Ortega Elementary School (JOES) is a small and important part of San Francisco, a school that mirrors the Bay Area’s culturally diverse population and provides a rich, stimulating educational experience that challenges SF students to reach their full potential.

As a leader, you also understand the value of a quality education, especially in Science, Tech, Engineering, Art & Math. STEAM is a very integral part of JOES curriculum.

Our efforts to give our kids the best education can’t take effect unless we have the support of everyone in our community.

    That’s where you come in!
