About the event
Shhhh! Keep it down; this is a top-secret event. Our team of skilled professionals are preparing for this very exclusive party where only those in the know will know! We are bringing the 20s back in style. Protests, beer, and flappers will fill the venue to create the ultimate ambiance. The goal: to make the attendees feel as if they have just entered a time warp. The event will be hosted at the Burroughes Building in the heart of Queen West. This decadent and exciting event will not only please the guests, but the sponsors. Proceeds raised at The Affair will be donated in part to the scholarship programs of George Brown College’s Special Events Program. We will also be donating the remaining proceeds to RE*Generation, an initiative dedicated to ending the cycle of at-risk and homeless youth across Canada. As a sponsor, you will be exposed to hundreds of young professionals as well as educators and industry partners in the booming hospitality industry. There is no opportunity more valuable than that of being surrounding by our target market at this unique and exciting event. Sponsors will also be given the VIP treatment the night of The Affair, and be able to truly enjoy the experience and be immersed in the 1920s.
We are requesting monetary sponsorship to assist us in the costs associated with our event. At each level of sponsorship, whether it be The Showstopper, Diamonds and Pearls, or The Bee’s Knees, you will be given VIP access to the event, invaluable brand recognition, and much, much more. As a sponsor, you will be exposed to hundreds of business professionals from the downtown Toronto core, not to mention have a hand at shaping the lives of Canadian youth.Why should you sponsor?

The Presenting Sponsor for The Affair will be at the forefront of the entire event. From start to finish guests will definitely know their name by the end of our event. Benefits of being the presenting sponsor will include:

Activation sponsorship will be exclusive to companies that will be donating a spending allowance or in-kind in products that we require. (I.e. catering sponsor, popcorn bar sponsor) Benefits of being a title sponsor will include:
- VIP access at the event for representative and guest (two people total)
- Name and logo representation on all social media platforms and digital content as a title sponsor
- Complimentary raffle ticket for representative and guest
- Name and logo representation on all print materials (Half page)

This sponsorship will be reserved for companies that donate to our event an amount of $500.00 or in kind sponsorship (i.e. raffle prize, silent auction lot, etc.) Benefits of being a sponsor will include:
