About the event
We are making this sponsorship request for the 2nd Annual Women and Leadership Conference for the Celebration of International Women Day- at Hotel Le Crystal Montréal on march 7th,2015.
The Project:
The Vision:
This project was realized two years ago and the premise was to celebrate “Women” on International Women’s day every year in March.
The goal is to give back to the community by putting together a networking event that puts a spotlight on and celebrates women in all their glory.
We try to bring forth and hear from all women who can share, uplift, support and encourage positive and forward movement for their fellow women.
We hope that the presence of inspirational stories and achievements, will encourage and allow for even more growth.
We hope that ties and relationships are fostered which will bring about focus driven ideas and possibly open different doors to allow for positive changes and of course bring about even more success stories.

History:
The Women and Leadership event is on its second year.
The idea came from Emmanuella Michel who is the Project manager. Emmanuella has 12 years’ experience in working with young women and youth with challenging behaviors.
Event Program :
Special Guest : DJ Spin from the legendary group Salt and Pepa (AKA Spinderella) will be present to share her experience being the first women DJ in the 80's.

There event offer female vendors to market themselves throughout the evening.
The After Party sponsored by RSVP ent. will be hosted by a panel of all women DJ's: DJ Spin, DJ Scream and DJ Sweet Larock.
