Comedic writer, author, TV producer and Toronto's own, Eddie Starship Pain will be racing Canadian Gold Medalist Mark McKoy in a grudge match of objectively funny proportions. The race will be a 100m dash in mid-November (final date to be announced this week). This event will be televised locally, and we are encouraging comedy enthusiasts and race lovers to donate with ALL proceeds going to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
A breakdown of the costs associated with the charity race are as follows:
Rental of space - $300
Truck Rental - $80
Talent - $600
Banner, Trophy, Refreshments - $250
Lighting Rental - $200
Event T shirts for kids - $200
Rewards For Sponsorship:
For $500 , you get a verbal thank you / plug from us on camera. For $1000 and up, you get your logo on the press conference banner, and logo on the shirt the kids will get to keep, as well as a thank you from us on camera.
