About the event
The Texas Girls Choir has been around 54 years and have made the difference in a lot of girls lives during that time and has been a positive experience for them and have empowered them also. The choir is very low on funds and the building they meet in is almost 70 years old and dilapidated and is need of a lot of work to get back to it being a nice place for the girls to meet at and practice in. The building needs new plumbing and paint job inside and there break room needs lot of TLC. This choir is the very first Girls choir in the State of Texas and is a Texas institution. It cost a lot of money to run the choir and since they are non profit the rely heavily on donations and donations are low. So we are having a chili cook off to raise money and need some sponsorship's to help pay for it and to be successful and raise lots of money for the choir. We will be holding this at a local brewery and also will be doing a local art auction and have the local corvette club involved to draw in a bigger crowd. So we should have lots of people there and our sponsors will have lots of exposure and adverting.
