What is TARRA? TARRA is a global community of women in the creative industries—architects, graphic designers, filmmakers, photographers, fashion designers, advertising executives, makers, creators, artists and artisans—who are innovating and elevating their craft.
Born from an awareness of the gender gap in the creative industries, TARRA’s mission is to give women access to life-changing opportunities for growth by providing the tools, resources, and community to help them build successful businesses and careers.
In 2016, the first annual TARRA summit brought together more than 500 women from the creative community—business leaders, architects, interior designers, graphic designers, makers, artists and artisans. The summit included:
