Carolina Alberici

Hi! I'm Carolina Alberici, professional Argentine tango dancer, mother of three children and owner of my own company. I am native Argentina but I live in Japan since I was 19 years old. Although I got married very young, I was always determined to open a path as an artist in this distant country, and while taking care of my family, I also gradually but relentlessly built myself as a professional. 12 years ago I opened my dance school.

I currently work as a team with:

Mr Axel Arakaki (my second son) world champion of stage tango in 2017.

Mr Enrique Morales, tango dancer with 20 years of experience

Ms Mihoko Torii, former classical prima ballerina, and currently body trainer.

Ms Mamizu Kimi, Argentine tango teacher trained at our school.

Our school is oriented to promote art and the exchange of cultures. We open a space where everyone can extract their inner artist and find the opportunity to enjoy dance as an artistic expression, both professionally and amateurishly.

With this objective we have created in 2009 our tango musical: Tango Magico, which we perform every two years. This event is unique in its kind, because there is no other tango school or group in Japan that performs something similar. But, we want to grow, give this opportunity to more people, open new paths, reach more people, and for that we need your help.
