Jackie Marroquin

I am Jacqueline Marroquín, a Mexican-American professional with over 14 years of experience in the Boys & Girls Clubs of America movement, specializing in the holistic development of youth. Currently, I serve as the Director of Operations at the Boys & Girls Clubs of South County, the facility closest to the Mexican border south of San Diego.

With deep pride in my Latina identity, I work tirelessly to support and empower the youth and women in my community. My commitment to the social and educational development of young people is evident in every aspect of my work.

Recently, I have taken on the role of Director of “Todas Somos Ellas”, a community of Latina women dedicated to celebrating and raising cultural awareness. Through this initiative, I aim to create a space of support and empowerment for Latina women, promoting both personal and professional growth.

My passion for making positive changes and impacting the lives of others is the driving force behind my career and my dedication to the community. With a clear vision and an open heart, I continue to work towards building a brighter future for everyone.
