The Retreat experience will be held over a weekend and will promote team building with 32 young ladies. They will have an opportunity to bond with others; attend educational workshops, presentations from professional facilitators, and receive valuable tools in understanding self-worth, self-awareness, integrity and determination. Furthermore, they will be encouraged to persevere through life’s adversities.
A sponsor should support this event because it will allow the Helping Us Help Her organization to reach those teen girls that are low income and at risk. We hope to empower teenage girls with the ability to understand and value self-worth. Your support will help us achieve this and provide a retreat that will focus on equipping the girls with tools of survival in the areas of strength, perserverance, and empowerment.
