About the event

We are organizing an event "Survival of the illest" in order to create a catalyst for young aspiring artists. We want to succesfully back musicians to make a careeer out of their passion. No one had dreams as a kid to land a 9 to 5 job and do something they did not want to do. We want to help in making those dreams true in allowing them to be exposed to audiences and perform alongside succesful rap artists to boost their exposure.

What is Survival of the illest?

A four hour event consisting of several aspiring rap/hip-hop artists and a feautiring successful rap artist. The event will allow these rappers to take the stage ans show their talent to the crowd. Rap battles may take place in the event within these rappers and winner will be awarded. The rap artists will be able to meet and converse with Crooked I for any reason the young artists would like to speak with him. Young artists will receive feedback from members of the audience on the likes and dislikes of the music/artist to be used as constructive criticism in future music. The event will be hyper, alive, and active in a concert like environment.

We would like to partner with you to make this possible. Crooked I will be the featuring rapper at the event (last 60 mins of event). He will be the anchor since he is known and has rapped along side famous rappers such as eminem. He is crucial to our mission statement because he will attract the audience into attending our event.

This event features several rap artists who want to get their music out there for people to listen. It will feature these artists to rap battle each other as well as perform some music for the audience to listen.

The general admission will be free but people will have to reserves their spot by depositing $17 which will be refunded to them at the event. This is to guarantee that those who sign up will actually show up to the event. Along side they will receive t-shirts about the event with sponsor names on the back.
