About the event

Marie-Béatrice is a founding partner and the Managing Partner of MNKS. She has been one of the key persons in leading the development of the law firm from its inception and has contributed to its progress and success with strong personal involvement.
Marie-Béatrice began her career as a litigator with a specialised law firm in bankruptcy litigation. She then joined Coopers & Lybrand and Landwell in Luxembourg.
In 1997 Marie-Béatrice simultaneously launched the Corporate department and the Employment department in our firm.
Marie-Béatrice focuses on corporate work, in particular Corporate Structuring Projects involving mainly UK and US clients as well as M&A related to the acquisition of targets, both domestic and throughout the EU.
