About the event
Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir (VCM) is the world’s tallest upcoming temple in Vrindavan, Mathura District, UP. A cultural and heritage project of ISKCON Bangalore, it is meant to broadcast the glories of Lord Sri Krishna, his abode Vrindavan and his message in Bhagavad-Gita in a manner that the contemporary world can appreciate and thus derive the supreme benefit.
Sri Krishna Janmashtami is our most important festival of the year. This year we plan to celebrate Sri Krishna Janmashtami at The Lotus Grandeur, Sector 74, Noida on Sunday 3rd September, 2023.
The celebration will include:
- Cultural Performances
- Bhajan Sandhya
- Pravachan
- Grand Abhishekam
- Sumptuous Prasadam Distribution
- Myriad of other devotional performances
Thousands of devotees will be attending in person and several thousands more of them will be joining us online in the grand celebration of our Janmashtami festival this year. We are planning the events in such a way that there is something to relish about Krishna and His divine pastimes for people of every age group.

Bishnu GuptaI am an alma mate of IIT delhi, batch of 2018 MSR Chemical engineering. Having deep interest in pursuing the path of self realisation, I was curious about understanding the Bhagvad gita. While at IIT I came in touch with Books of His divine grace A C Bhaktivedanta swami, the founder Acharya of ISKCON worldwide and became an ardent follower of his. His commentary on Bhagvad gita as it is and its authentic presentation caught my attention and I started my journey of self realisation. I joined ISKCON banglore group of temples in November, 2022 as full time missionary after volunteering as Senior executive for "Yoga for happiness" a youth mentoring program of ISKCON Banglore. Currently I am actively involved with the Vrindavan Chandroday mandir, upcoming world's tallest temple of Sri Sri Radha Vrindavan Chandra, a project of ISKCON Banglore and working as resource mobilizer in Fund raising department.
