    Spring-Mar Cooperative Preschool's 7th Annual Touch-a-Truck Event


    Spring-Mar Preschool’s 7th annual Touch-a-Truck event will be held on April 30, 2016. Our Touch-a-Truck fundraiser is a unique and interactive experience that allows children to see, touch, and safely explore their favorite big trucks and heavy machinery, as well as to meet the personnel who protect, serve, and build the community in and around Fairfax, Virginia. Approximately 2,000-3,000 attendees join our event to sit behind the wheel of various vehicles, play games, and get their face painted.


    This year, we would like to expand our event to include chances for attendees to win candy and prizes, jump in a moon bounce, enjoy an outdoor picnic and live entertainment and take their photo in front of the Fairfax County Police helicopter before its dramatic take off. 

     

    Our ability to continue this event is due in large part to the support of local businesses who believe in our school mission, as well as donations from individuals and corporations. We are seeking in-kind and monetary contributions to put towards renting a moon bounce, booking children entertainment and face painting services, and arranging car games, prize giveaways, and picnic lunch supplies.

     

    Your company logo will be proudly featured on our fliers, tickets, and social media outlets. At the event, we will happily display your company sponsorship at the entrance and on signage throughout the venue, giving your business valuable name recognition and appreciation. We anticipate a crowd of 2,000-3,000 of our school’s current students and families, alumni, and the general public. Our families include a diverse population of northern Virginians who are committed to supporting businesses that generously help our school.


    Spring-Mar Preschool Association is a charitable organization under 26 USC §501(c)3 eligible for tax deductible donations.  Your donation is tax deductible under 26 USC §170.

For your generous sponsorship, we will list your company as the presenter of Spring-Mar's Touch-a-Truck event: Spring-Mar's Touch-a-Truck Event Presented by.... We will display your company logo on all of our event fliers, tickets, and at the entrance and exit of our event, as well in front of the activities your contribution will go to rent: the moon bounce, games area, face painting station, and picnic area. Spring-Mar's Touch-a-Truck event would greatly appreciate your company's in-kind donations of gift baskets, company vouchers for services or goods to giveaway, children's door prizes, food donations (individually wrapped snacks, candy, pre-packaged to-go meals), and non-alcoholic beverage donations (water bottles, soda cans, juice boxes). Your company logo and partnership will proudly be displayed on the day of the event where applicable: at drink tables, raffle tables, food tables, etc..
