About the event
SPECTRA 2017 is an initiative of the Rotaract Club of Hiranandani Estate. It is a cultural festival which will look at empowering the Queer community in Mumbai in general and India at large. It is an initiative by the youth for the youth, to let everyone know that love sees no Gender and equality is demanded by all. SPECTRA 2017 will host some of the best speakers on this issue including HARISH IYER and Ashok Row Kavi, brilliant performances and socialising and networking.
