Competition Rounds Description: -
1. Analytical and Observation Round: -
• Question paper of 120 questions (90 Min.). Questions are from brands who are having the presence in the event, for clearing this round candidates must have to visit each and every stall of brands, enquiry about them and remember for Exam based upon it. Only 5-10 percent of the total participants of that particular round will be shortlisted for the further rounds.
2. GK and Brand Awareness: -
• Now shortlisted candidates have to face this round where they have to answer the questions from General Knowledge and Brand present in the event venue. Now again 10-20 percent of the participants of this round will be shortlisted for the further rounds.
3. Group Discussion: -
• Now shortlisted candidates have to face this round where they have to participate in the Group Discussion which will have various topics to speak and again topics will be from General Awareness and Brands Presented in the Event. Now again 10-20 percent of the participants of this round will be shortlisted for the further round.
4. Personal Round: -
• This is the final round of the event and this round is based upon Convincing Skills, Sales and Marketing Skills, Stress Strength of the candidate, Public Speaking. This is the Final round which will be held on the last day of Event. And after this round the “Superior” will be announced.
