About the event

SpareCash 2016 will be out and out incredible. The markers you see in the app are mostly green practice markers worth extremely low values. But these markers will let you practice the game, show you how it works. These markers will allow you to build your strategy and by doing so, prove yourself as a worthy contender to play as a contestant in the SpareCash TV series coming Summer 2016.

Contestants will be chosen to hunt and duel against each other from around the globe in a race against time and the odds. Don't worry, you won't be left alone somewhere in the mountains. Contestants who are chosen to play will have with them a film crew and can be helped along the way by viewers. The contestants will be playing for a total of $250,000 USD in cash. Players will be eliminated throughout the tournament for not reaching a goal before other contestants, for not doing a specified task or for going against the rules of the game.

To be selected to play in the SpareCash TV / web series tournament, contestants will need to send us a video of them collecting any SpareCash test marker, along with a background story as to why they believe they should be chosen and what they will do with the money they win. Post the entry video to YouTube.com with the Title "SPARECASH 2016 ENTRY VIDEO." Then send us a message through Facebook, with a link to your entry video: http://www.facebook.com/SpareCashApp
