About the event

The SME ScaleUp event is an informative session for entrepreneurs on how to develop strategies to grow a business and expose opportunities to create jobs.

We've brought in specialists to provide tools to PREPARE SMALL BUSINESSES FOR BIG BUSINESS.

We will provide tools to:
- Navigate business compliance;
- Improve business processes to expose growth opportunities;
- Expose opportunities to create jobs.
Entrepreneurs have the opportunity to:
- Exhibit their products and services;
- Network with potential customers, partners, suppliers and investors;
- Contribute to the event and grow their businesses.

The contributions to the event will subsidize the costs for small business owners to exhibit their products and services.

The contributions will also fund the SME ScaleUp project which will provide advisory services to entrepreneurs, exposing opportunities to grow the business and create jobs. The project will employ 50 graduates.

Business In Theory assists entrepreneurs to improve the sustainability of their business operations. I review the business model and the processes that support the business. Added to that I document business processes used to train staff - this assists to upskill even uneducated staff.
