Event Proposal

I am writing to you to propose a sponsorship a gaming tournament at my high school St Lucie West Centennial High School in Port St Lucie, Florida. The event will be a Brawlhalla 1v1 Tournament. This will engage students and bring a light during these dark and difficult times we are forced to live in today. The Idea is to have separate tournaments per grade level with each having a minimum of 8 teams and a maximum of 16 teams. I want to sponsor your brand and include it in my event to not only promote your brand but to bring more people to my event.

Event Details

Proposed Date: January 11-15, 2021 @4pm to 7pm

2 teams play against each other in a 8-minute 5 stock 1v1 Brawlhalla match.

The player that loses is out and the other player advances.

The winner for each grade will advance to the final tournament against the winners of the other grades

Why should you sponsor?

I am a proud Centennial students coming from 3 other centennial graduates in my family. Centennial has provided a lot of opportunity to students and has broken many students out of their shell including me. I want to further continue Centennials success by providing a new and innovative idea to get more students involved, teach social skills to students, and bring exposure to centennial. Since we are currently in a very dark time, I want to also find a way to lift a weight off students and teachers' shoulders with an event. My plan is to excite many people and once again bring joy to high school while bringing new and innovative ideas to Centennial.

My Name is Evence Eliassaint. I am a senior student at St Lucie West Centennial High School in Port St Lucie Florida. I am a video editor, graphic designer, I have hosted and help hosted events such as the "In My Bag" Fashion Show event at Port St Lucie Florida, and the virtual White Ice Annual Brawl Gaming Tournament.
