Skyline Lanes Volleyball Rec Leaque,

Duluth, Minnesota, United States Duluth, Minnesota, United States

  • About the event

The event is an outdoor Volleyball League that promotes also our health and wellness and exercise especially with my polycystic kidney disease

    Why should you sponsor?

Because you would be saving my life health wise and mentally also as from being abused for three years straight and left for dead multiple times it has made me scared to leave my house at all. Except during volleyball season where it makes it seem like nothing else in the world matters. Plus it shows my kids to be more athletic and not being on electronics

    Amber Syring

I'm a 35 single mother of three who went to Medical School for a RN, Medical Assistant, Medical Office Management, Medical Transcriptionist and then right now I'm trying to do Medical Billing & Coding at home to be able to work at home. But now all that doesn't matter except the work at home one. Personally because I was severely abused for 3 straight years and physically, emotionally, mentally & emotionally abused, I was left for dead so many multiple different times. So now I have PTSD, Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia, Social Anxiety, and severe depression, and being a single mom, my kids seeing me go to volleyball to our game every week and seeing how happy it makes me, well it lights up their eyes and shows them that maybe everything will be ok. But since I can't work anymore because of the abuse until I feel safer I can't afford the season fee for vball. Been playing for 5 years up there so we are a well known team. And being there playing just makes me feel like nothing else matters. I've encountered 12 family and super close friend deaths in the past 17 months & that's to much trauma for me. Theres never proof or any words someone can say to make you trust them because it's up to the person who needs to trust and they will feel it in their heart if and what the right thing to do is. Thank you so much for your time.
