Non-Profit EventsWe recently launched our company in Janurary and planning this event to invite the community to have a chance to meet and greet all of our characters! We would love to provide entertainment , games , activities , faceprinting and more !
I am reaching out to you and your company in hopes that you would be interested in participating , contributing and/or sponsoring our event . Our event is to be taken place on Sunday , May 29th , 2016 at the Magic Room in Toronto . We are expecting about 30 to 50 children age ranging 0 - 13 years old . Your financial and/or contribution will help us to :
- Purchase gift bags for the children attending
- Purchase prizes for the parents
- Create and purchase activity supplies for the tables
- Payment for printing materials & advertising
- Entertainment ( faceprinting , balloon twisting , magic show ..etc )
- Provide sweetstable ( cake , cupcakes , candy..etc)
- Decor ( balloons , table set up , backdrops )
- Videographer
