About the event
I am Skydiving to raise money for The World Wildlife fund (WWF).
StoryOur planet is being destroyed by a number of factors- Deforestation, the endangerment of bees, of other species, pollution etc. which are all leading to global warming.
Something needs to be done soon before we lose the environment's livelihood and natural beauty.
I have been a member of WWF for a while, ever since deforestation and the endangerment of wild animals became a growing issue. I know that raising money for this charity will help them to ease these destructive factors!I used to sit at home, not being able to do anything about the problems our world has like deforestation, global warming, bee extinction (we know them). It's horrible to be so passionate about something and not be to save it, especially when others don't see what I see. But once I turned 16 I realized there were so many opportunities opened to me! I thought "what is the most amazing thing I could do at my age?" and then it hit me. I could risk my life for what I cared about.
What's more risky than skydiving? (well, a lot of things but you get what I mean) and so I did whatever I could to try and set it up. Unfortunatly there's not a lot I can do still that could get me more sponsors, especially since I am working alone... That's why I need a little help.
