We, Legends Event Production Company, are pleased to invite you to be one of our sponsors for our upcoming charity event with this proposal letter. Legends is hosting a fundraising event for  awareness and recognition of National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month and raise funds for nonprofit organization National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.  We would like BK Bottles financial participation in this charitable event to make sure that it is run successfully.  

Legends Event Planning, Entertainment and Production, LLC is a black-owned events entertainment and event planning business and aiming to be New Jersey’s and New York’s premier event design, planning, and production company. Legends Event Production plans on launching with a Fashion Show. Our company will donate a percentage of proceeds to an organization associated with a monthly observance. In the month of September, it is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. The event is to be supported by a non-profit organization that is affiliated with the monthly observance of our choosing which is September.  With this event our company plans to donate to National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.

The fashion show is pitched at having a platform where designers who own Fashion outfits and also those who do not, be able to exhibit their designs, clothes, make-up, hair products, accessories.  Some of the fashion apparels that will be presented will be street wear, footwear, cultural attires, swimwear and evening wear for ALL sizes. Collections are edgy, urban, and wearable, with high visual impacts. This event is one of unmatched glitz and glamour, designed to bring together the best designers, models, and artistes/performers to entertain guests.  

Legends aim to give you the best of fashion display, light, and music performances. Activities include a catwalk session by top models, music performances, dance, raffle draws, special sales/auctions, and celebrity guest appearances.
