Show time events is hosting an event like no other at The Hop Farm Kent. This incredible venue will have guest of around 2000 people. Networking having fun and taking part in the days events. Local businesses schools sports and dance clubs community centres will all be involved in a community building event. 20% of profits will be donated to local charities. All taking place over summer holidays The details of the are as follows for your consideration.

•Fortnite battle royale save the worl nerf war

• Sports day in which local sports and dance clubs local businesses and community members compete for prizes

• Just dance dance battle local dance clubs competing to be crowned champion

•local vendors and businesses promoting their products or sevices

• 1 mobile catering trailer

•1 candy and ice cream shop

Why should you sponsor?

For a good sponsor we would be willing to mention on all advertising the company. Plus give thanks at the event. Because of the scale of the project and the work my team are putting on this project has huge potential. To become recurring and touring giving access to a platform of thousands of people. We would be open to requests as to how companies could work with us. We would be elated to have companies to come to the event to show their products or services. Plus of course are happy to give away free tickets. Because this is a start up event everybody working on it is so driven and focused. The likelihood of this becoming a huge success is massive.

My name is Amy Cox my husband and I are a young married couple with 2 children and run an events and catering business. We are now focused on creating our own events. We have both always been passionate about raising money for charity and own some inflatables and a catering trailer so have decided to put our all into this. We have a great team of people behind us reaching out to community members. Securing venues and vendors but a good sponsor would be amazing
