About the event
Our event is not just a conference or wellness retreat; we aim to immerse women in an empowering environment where they can equip themselves with tools to navigate life's complexities.
"She Walks with Purpose" will provide women with practical strategies to overcome personal challenges and cultivate mental well-being.
It will be filled with unforgettable experiences, outstanding speakers, engaging breakout rooms, and moments of pause and prayer.
We will be holding space for 300 Christian women seeking mental and wellness health improvement and reprieve.
Our goal is to reach women of all ages and stages, 16-100+

Erin HodgesErin Hodges is the founder of Pause & Prayer. She is a life coach and meditation teacher, the mother of four children, and a witness to the healing power of Jesus Christ. She also has a degree in Public Health. Erin's passion is helping women find the support they need to feel peace and empowerment.

Your VIP tickets will include: dinner Friday night, breathwork session, chair massage, and a restorative yoga session Saturday morning.
