About the event
SharkFest UK brings together conservation organisations, surfers, scientists, film makers, families and shark fanatics; to encourage positivity, co-operation and active participation in marine conservation in the UK. With exhibitors, speakers, childrens activities and film screenings, SharkFest celebrates sharks, rays and marine conservation in a range of exciting and creative formats.
The first ever Shark Festival to run in the UK, our premier event was attended by over 1000 people and gained coverage in The Guardian and ScubaVerse. SharkFest UK 2017 is set to be an even bigger and better event, running over 2 days in a new city!

Jasmine TribeFin Fighters are an ambitious new UK shark conservation organisation; on a mission to protect sharks worldwide and end the sale and distribution of shark fin in the UK by the year 2023. We are creating an extraordinary growing movement of ordinary people working together to make a difference! Our objective is to mobilise and empower local communities, citizen scientists, and campaign groups to end the destruction of habitat and species in the world’s oceans; through science, education, conservation and action!
