About the event
Please join us Saturday, June 15th, 2019, at The Golf Club Bradshaw Farms in Woodstock, GA for the 6th annual Score for Kids foundation Charity golf tournament! Our past events have been a success, allowing us the opportunity to provide aid throughout the year to multiple communities in the metro Atlanta area. We hope to build on that achievement this year; our goal is to raise $10,000 that will assist us in a variety of areas and also provide 1000 kids book bags filled with the proper school supplies for back to school.
At Score for Kids Foundation, we believe that health and education are the great equalizers in the world and that education, health, and fitness combine to create a strong foundation for a prosperous life. For many children in America, overweight and obesity are a major problem. Access to education and a stable environment is the only opportunity young people have to end the cycle of poverty to attain a better quality of life than previous generations.
Why should you sponsor?
The funds raised from this year’s tournament will go towards our Back to School Jamboree in August, an event we also host each year. Our goal is to sponsor 1000 children in need and provide them with book bags and school supplies. At last year’s Back to School Bash we were able to accommodate 400 children, but with the high demand from the community, we are aiming to double the figure this year. Our Charity Golf fundraiser is our largest fundraiser of the year and gives us the opportunity to host our Back to School Jam as well as a variety of events throughout the year!

Ezra WilliamsI am the President as Score for Kids foundation. We launched the Charity over ten years ago to assist children fighting childhood obesity and aid underprivileged children. Being able to improve the community and provide a safe haven for kids to develop and grow has been our passion from day one.
