About the event

We are conducting our School’s Annual Day event in the month of May 2016. This event will include Fun activities, performances by our students and parents, Merit & Internal Competition Awards, Level Completion and Grading Exam Certificates, Sponsor(s) Recognition, Chief Guests’ talk, National Competition tips, Souvenirs, Instant Raffles, Student Give-Away distribution and an open forum to invite new members into our School's Family.

We are conducting our School’s Annual Day event in the month of May 2016. This event will include Fun activities, performances by our students, Merit & Internal Competition Awards, Level Completion and Grading Exam Certificates, Sponsor Recognitions, Chief Guests’ talk, UCMAS National Competition tips, Souvenirs, Instant Raffles, Student Give-Away distribution and an open forum to invite new members into our Galaxy Toppers Family.

We are hoping that our event might be of interest to you as an opportunity to promote your products and company through a sponsorship arrangement. We can offer a variety of sponsorship avenues to suit your marketing needs/budget, for example:
1.      Sponsor Booths at the entrance in the Venue - Our event would be conducted at the Fairview Library Theatre.
2.      Brochure/Souvenir advertising – Place your advertisement in our School Annual Souvenir that would be distributed to all existing and visiting parents for the information session.
3.      Marketing – Our event invitations that will be distributed to 8000-10000 families in North York / Scarborough area inviting them to attend our open house can endorse/acknowledge your sponsorship
4.      Student Give-Away / Instant Raffle – Distribute your marketing material and/or coupons along with our event give-away souvenirs. Instant Raffle prizes can also be sponsored to promote your business

5.      Student/Volunteer Awards and Certificates – Awards and certificates for various categories would be given out to our students. We invite you to take part in rewarding young children for their accomplishments.
