About the event

Hello, let me introduce the company and event.

We are Robert Mills Photography and our studio is based in Bramfield, Hertfordshire. 

We are a small business that has been running for a couple years but we have only had our studio which is a converted farm cottage for going on 6 months. 

This year we have decided to make our little studio into a mini Santa's grotto with a Santa and a couple presents for the kids but the main idea behind the event is to take a professional family picture with Santa in a grotto themed background. 

It is going to be a mini Santa's grotto/winter wonderland, we are sectioning of a hidden corner of our studio to set up the area where the photo will be taken, we are planning to cover the floor in fake snow flooring, have a massive christmas tree in the corner of the room with an old rocking chair next to it for Santa to sit next to the fireplace which is surrounded by sacks full of presents for the kids.

As the families come in we have a seating area ready for them to wait to see Santa. The families will be taken to see Santa one by one and they will have their photo taken. We have a system set up soon as soon as the image is taken it goes straight to a computer, retouched and printed, ready to go in a matter of minutes.

We are really looking to create a cosy white winter wonderland for families with kids of all ages to enjoy.

We are looking for a sponsor in order for us to be able make the best of the images that we can.

Our sponsor will have their name/logo on our event advertisement and also when we print the images which will be on the same day as the event, the wallet we put them in will have a sticker on also with you name/logo on.
