Sunday May 17th - SamsRide.co.uk - Andover Salisbury Area - Charity Cycle Sportive
Sam's Ride - a charity cycle sportive with three ride options of 25, 50 or 100 miles through the lovely Wiltshire and Hampshire countryside around Andover and Salisbury.
We are planning a very high quality event suited for riders of all types and promise it to be a great day out offering:
- Fully staffed Ride HQ with bike racks, toilets, breakfast facilities and a free post race lunch
- Fully signed and marshalled routes and on course photographers
- Well stocked feed stations
- Ample parking and camping facilities
- Mechanical support
- Goodie bag
- Public liability insurance
This is a non-profit charity event in aid of the Salisbury and District Samaritans who provide community listening support helping callers to explore their options and to understand their problems better, or just to be there to listen. We aim to keep our doors open 12 hours a day to visitors, with telephones manned for 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
