About the event

Hello, 

 I represent the Salty Ash Cigar Society’s 1st Charity golf outing.

We are a group of people from all walks of life (predominantly Fire, Military, Police, and EMS) who started a group who get together “over cigars usually” and help raise funds for various charities. We are holding our first golf outing open to anyone in the public and would like to know if you’d being interested in sponsoring a portion at any level? The outing will be held at Spruce Ridge golf course in Dowagiac Michigan on August 29th 2020.

Below are the sponsorship levels and what is included in them.

Diamond - $3,500

Company name listed on entrance banner to tournament
Company logo on paperwork on each cart
Company name and logo on tournament promotions and collateral material
Company name and logo on gift bag
Two Foursomes in golf tournament
VIP reserved seating at awards lunch
Recognition by Emcee at awards program

Platinum - $2,500

Company name listed on signage at tournament
Company name and logo on tournament promotions and collateral material
Company name and logo on gift bag
Foursome in golf tournament
VIP reserved seating at awards lunch
Recognition by Emcee at awards program

Gold - $1,000

Company name listed on signage at tournament
Company name and logo on tournament promotions and collateral material
2 some in golf tournament

Silver - $500

Company name listed on signage at tournament
2 some in golf tournament

Bronze / Hole Sponsorship - $300

Company name listed on signage at tournament holes
2 some in golf tournament

There is also opportunity to sponsor a side event such as lunch, longest drive, closest to the pin, putting contest, hole-in-one, first place, Last place, and raffles

You do not have to be a cigar smoker to attend, we just want good hearted, hard workers who want a fun day to raise some money for charity. This outing will be a foursome team scramble, individuals may sign up and be assigned to a team. This outing will include a stocked gift bag, an amazing lunch, longest drive, closest to the pin, putting contest, hole-in-one, first place, Last place, cash back skins, and raffles.
