Running of the Leave conventions or ROTLCON for short is a trade show devoted to the art, merchandise, and music spawned by the brony community. We offer everything from live musical performance to creative writing workshops. We are child friendly and all inclusive. This event has an average draw of 1500 people with a minimum of 800 each year. Most of our attendees are between the ages of 16-30.
Sponsors will be credited during all main events and will be included in our advertising. We will place the sponsor's name in front of all event doors as well as on the front cover of our convention booklet. Our headlining acts will thank sponsors. Sponsors will also receive two booth locations. They will be located in our vendor hall as well as next to our registration desk. Sponsors of all levels will be offered a chance to speak with our design team in regards to designing a relevant advertisement for the event.
We also offer a chance for high ranking sponsors to speak on the behalf of their company during both opening and closing ceremonies.
Our headliners have an average draw of 400-500 people. Our headliners currently include DJ Mathmaticus and DJ garnika.
