About the event
Run2payitforward 10 mile and 5k Trail Race in Pontiac Lake State Recreation Area in Waterford, Michigan. This is a second year event with great response the first year which we are hoping to build upon. We have 2 partner charities, Camp Casey which helps children with cancer through equine therapy. Our second charity is Stay in the Shade which raises funds for Melanoma research. The event caters to the veteran and beginner runner. We will be providing technical shirts to all participants, finisher awards, both of which sponsor logos can be added to We will have a post race cook out where participants can enjoy music and food.
