  • About the event

    Ruff is a gay men's dance party based in Vancouver, B.C. that has been coordinated by MN Events since 2012. MN Events and Lavender Underground Productions will be collaborating in 2015 to present Ruff to the Seattle gay community on three separate dates. The current tentative dates are Gay Pride weekend (June 27), Labor Day weekend (September 4-6), and Halloween (October 31). The target demographic of the party is gay men aged 30-55 who live in the Puget Sound region and are occasional-to-regular nightlife patrons. The parties will be marketed through an extensive print and web campaign, with a reach to thousands of potential customers for sponsors. MN and Lavender Underground will feature sponsors in all marketing materials and come up with creative ways to showcase sponsorship at the parties themselves.

Hotel Lodging Comp

Hotel provides two comped rooms for event staff during the weekend of (1) out of 3 Ruff 2015 Seattle events, or provides two rooms at minimum 50% discount. In return, hotel receives extensive branding presence on all 3 Ruff 2015 Seattle event marketing campaign, including presence on posters, flyers, web banners, social media marketing, and MN Events and Lavender Underground's websites. Hotel will also have option for patrons to book rooms under a special "Ruff Rate" deal, which is to be discussed further.

Sponsor branding will be featured for (1) out of 3 Ruff events in event's web marketing campaign which includes the following:

a) Sponsor branding on banner ads taken out on local internet press, providing exposure to target demographic as well as demographics outside of target.

b) Sponsor branding be featured on MN and Lavender Underground websites for the year 2015, including logo and link to sponsor websites.

c) Sponsor branding will be featured in social media marketing campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
