About the event

We are seeking sponsorship to put on an event in our local area that should attract a wide audience. We have secured sponsorship from a suitable 1000cap venue which will put it on for nothing as it fits the style of the venue. We are £1500 short of sponsorship as its costing £1000 for the band and £500 for the Pa system and some heavy advertising.

We chose the rocky horror picture show because we decided to go watch the live stream of the theatrical version in the local cinema and it was full of people dressed up and there was a massive demand for the cult show, by putting on a tribute locally it has the potential to sell out and do really well. 

The main reason for this event is because were a small group of uni students who have been told to seek sponsorship and put on a local event, but we don't want to put on a small event we would rather think big and give wakefield a night to remember.
