About the event

Orientation Week (more commonly known as O-Week), is a crucial part of the Rice culture and it is the period in which new students become acquainted with Rice and the greater Houston area. The Coordinators for this event work for eight months to organize every detail of this week, room new students, and assemble a team of advisors and affiliates that work with groups of new students during and after the week. During O-Week, new students have the chance to explore all the opportunities and resources at Rice University and in the city of Houston; O-Week is often the most formative and integral part of a new student's college experience at Rice University. 

We can offer many incentives for donating, most notably the inclusion of your company logo on an Orientation Week shirt, as worn by over 600 Orientation Week advisors, affiliates, and Coordinators, which will be seen by an additional 1,000 new students in their activities on campus and around Houston. Participation in this program establishes important relationships with students who will be living, playing, and eating in Houston.
