About the event

A series of events called "Redefining Capitalism" Constant Solutions has partnered with well-known travel and tourism company Paper-Planes to bring a new perspective to the working world.

Millenials and young Gen Y-ers are more and more seeing the value of becoming stakeholders, and not just shareholders. 70-80% of the workforce will be millenials by 2020.

Constant Solutions was born out of chance at Ryerson University, starting off as just a student group dedicated to find a post-graduation job for a small team of aspiring finance students. 

After rapid growth, expansion and marketing, we were able to throw non-profit events, and recommend top talent to companies such as the Royal Bank of Canada, TD Canada trust, Bank of Montreal, Scotiabank, Sunlife, Investor's Group, Desjardins and Much more. 

 

After incorporation, we have expanded past our finance roots to include entrepreneurship and digital-savvy areas such as Web design and SEO. 

We will continue to host events and expand our reach across most areas to 
Educate Students and Professionals
Provide Workshops to improve practical skills outside of the post-secondary education system
Help Established and Social entrepreneurs find the talent and candidacy they require.
