    Why should you sponsor?

Sponsoring this event offers strong potential for brands aligned with music, nightlife, tourism, outdoor/adventure, wellness, or experiential marketing. Here are the key reasons to participate:

    1. Highly Memorable and Photogenic Immersive Experience

    •  The “Graveyard to Glow” theme turns a genuine historic ghost town into a glowing, multi-venue rave with lasers, strobes, fog, UV elements, and building projections. This creates viral, shareable content—attendees will post photos/videos of neon-lit historic facades, costume vibes, and mountain scenery.

    •  Sponsors can get logo placement on stages, vendor areas, camping zones, or custom activations (e.g., branded chill spaces, photo ops, or product demos in a unique setting), leading to authentic brand storytelling.

    2. Targeted, Engaged Audience

    •  Demographics: 18+ EDM fans (dubstep, techno, house, etc.) drawn to immersive festivals. Expect a mix of Colorado locals, regional travelers, and destination seekers combining the event with nearby Cripple Creek casinos (just ~6 miles away) for a full weekend escape.

    •  Engagement level: Compact layout (no shuttles needed) encourages flow between stages, vendors, and hotel spaces. High dwell time means more opportunities for sponsor interactions, sampling, and loyalty-building. Over 25 artists are confirmed or TBA, with tickets already selling and discounts ending soon.

    3. Destination Tourism Boost and Local Impact

    •  Victor is a small historic town with heritage tourism appeal (mining history, proximity to outdoor recreation). The event supports local businesses (hotels, restaurants, camping) and revitalizes the area, aligning sponsors with community goodwill and economic development.

    •  Sponsors gain visibility tied to Colorado Rockies tourism, potentially reaching attendees extending their stay for hiking, gaming, or history.

    4. Marketing Reach and ROI Potential

    •  Exposure channels: Social media promotion (Instagram, Facebook), event listings, on-site branding, possible stage naming, VIP perks, or vendor village spots. Early involvement could include pre-event hype.

    •  Scalability: As a growing or debut-scale event in a novel location, sponsorship can secure prominent positioning at potentially competitive rates compared to massive festivals. Benefits often include tickets, VIP access, shoutouts, and data/metrics on attendance/engagement.

    •  Alignment opportunities: Energy drinks, apparel, audio/tech gear, camping/outdoor products, wellness/recovery items, or local Colorado brands.

    5. Community and Cultural Resonance

    •  It’s positioned as a “cultural revival” with PLUR energy in a “dead” town brought to life—appealing to brands wanting to stand for creativity, resilience, or fun experiences. Supporting it can enhance brand image among younger, experience-driven consumers.

Bottom line: This isn’t a generic festival—its rare ghost-town setting, intimate scale, and thematic creativity make sponsorships stand out with high memorability and storytelling potential. For the right brand (e.g., in music, lifestyle, or tourism), it’s an efficient way to cut through noise, build buzz, and connect deeply with an enthusiastic crowd in a bucket-list-worthy location.

    Jade Rudolph
    Jade Rudolph

Jade Rudolph is a multifaceted music industry entrepreneur, radio personality, musician, producer, audio engineer, vocalist, and event organizer with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the underground and independent music scenes. Born and raised partly in the Stephenville, Texas area before moving to Colorado for high school and early college attempts, Rudolph has built a career blending creative passion with business acumen.

At age 23, he founded Rudaroo Records, demonstrating early entrepreneurial drive. Though his initial label venture taught him valuable lessons about the industry’s challenges, it laid the groundwork for bigger things. He transitioned into promoting and organizing live shows in Denver, consistently selling out clubs. This led to radio opportunities: a station owner recognized his on-air talent during an interview, offering him a show. Rudolph later founded Rudaroo Radio in November 2017 as “the home of the underground,” creating a platform to support emerging artists and build a global community around independent music—something he couldn’t find elsewhere.

Today, Rudolph serves as Founder/CEO of Rudaroo Radio and Rudaroo Records. He hosts shows, manages talent, produces music, and engineers audio while expanding the platform (including plans to base operations in Denver). He recently completed a degree in marketing (with a minor in music) from Tarleton State University as a nontraditional student in his mid-30s, enhancing his skills in business strategy, audience engagement, and modern marketing—particularly to younger generations. He has also been active in campus life, including roles in choir leadership and fraternity involvement.

Sponsors can trust Jade because he brings proven execution, deep industry knowledge, and a track record of community-building rather than just promotion:

    •  Longevity and Resilience: Over two decades in music—from touring musician to label founder, promoter, radio host, and platform creator—shows persistence through challenges (e.g., early label setbacks) and adaptability across markets (Texas, Colorado, California).

    •  Hands-On Expertise: He understands artists, audiences, production, and operations from every angle (performing, engineering, promoting, broadcasting). This minimizes risks in event execution and maximizes value for partners.

    •  Business-Minded Approach: His recent marketing degree and real-world application (growing Rudaroo Radio into a multi-year operation with expansion plans) demonstrate strategic thinking. He emphasizes credibility, community, and professional growth—qualities that translate to reliable partnerships.

    •  Successful Event Delivery: Initiatives like club sell-outs, radio growth, and flagship events such as Raveyard Revival prove he can deliver memorable, well-attended experiences that generate buzz, media attention, and attendee loyalty.

    •  Authenticity and Values: Focused on uplifting “underdog” artists and fostering PLUR-style community, Rudolph’s projects resonate genuinely. This builds trust with audiences and ensures sponsors align with positive, impactful branding opportunities.

Jade Rudolph is the kind of passionate yet professional partner who treats sponsorships as collaborations—delivering measurable exposure, creative activations, and long-term goodwill in the vibrant worlds of EDM, independent music, and experiential events. For brands seeking authentic engagement in niche but dedicated scenes, he’s a dependable choice.
