The Raigad Bikers Festival is a unique festival that brings together the enthusiastic bikers from different places. All the bikers gather on a beach side, get the best camping experience of its kind. With the sound of waves and feel of the nature. RBF is a bunch of activities like Live Music, Biking Games, Cultural Program, Barbeque, Dance, Bon Fire, Soft and Unplugged Music overnight.

Time: 4:00 pm onwards
Location: Revdanda, Alibag, Raigad

Schedule:
Day 1
●Reaching at RBF site by 4.00 pm and unpack in your allocated tents.
●You are watching the mesmerizing view of sunset accompanied with Welcome Drink & snacks.
●Getting introduced with Team building games and Capture wonderful candid pictures and moments doing fun around with people.
●Partying in melodious music besides the bonfire.
●Then enjoying Live Music Sessions at night under the bed full of stars.
●Having delicious village cooked dinner around the chill breeze and bonfire.
●Enjoying all night and Sleeping in tents.
Day 2:
●The one you are waking up with, is the breathtaking view besides beach covered with the rug of fog..! And it’s really a mesmerizing look of the nature you will see..!!
●Having morning tea served with freshly cooked, breakfast with it.
●Enjoy fun games on the sea shore and capture the life time moments.
●So do not hold back, make the most of your time here and return back with lots of memories and blissful moments.

We are sending you this proposal letter to invite you to become a sponsor of our event, regarding the Biking Meetup Festival in Alibag, Raigad on 20th and 21st of February 2021. Raigad Bikers Festival is inviting sponsors to help us create a brotherhood community making youth aware about road safety, responsible driving and a true rider behaviour. Raigad Bikers Festival has been conducting such events for the last 5 years and the response is overwhelming . If you can sponsor us with an arrangement, we can offer a sponsorship package benefit for your company advertisement.
