About the event
Welcome to Race Armada Texas's (RATX) first open sponsorship campaign! I along with the rest of the RATX team are very happy to have this opportunity to open up sponsorships in this new and effective way - Thank you SponsorMyEvent.com!
Firstly, If you haven't seen or heard of RATX as of yet, then you're in for a very fun ride! Our events are energetic, sexy and high-profile - I encourage you to check the posted video, or even better, visit our YouTube.com page to see exactly what I mean. RATX contracts professional photographers, videographers and drone operators to ensure maximum coverage of our events. Even the video editing is done in a very artful way complimentary to the Race Armada style blossoming into a beautiful production piece that receive upwards of 15k views within a month according to our own Facebook analytics.
If an agreement is made, sponsors can expect very high levels of hospitality. We ensure all sponsors are given high levels of visibility by means of:
- Business-type exclusivity: what this means is RATX won't permit similar businesses to sponsor the same event (e.g. there won't be multiple breweries sponsoring our events. One brewery gets a brewery sponsorship package, that's it.)
- Immediate promotion: Upon agreement, we'll promote your business right away through all event marketing methods. Announcement of your company's participation on all social media outlets will be posted with an exclusive flier, a brief description of the business and any promotions your business will hold for this event.
- Post event promotion: Even after the event is over, it's still not over. When everyone wraps up and goes home, the RATX media production team gets to work on the final presentation - the event video production. Starting off by artfully showcasing each sponsor individually, the anticipation develops like the open credits of an epic film and then out flows the gorgeous and sexy event footage where your company logo will be spotted throughout on the rally vinyl wearing cars. The best part - this deliverable is yours indefinitely and is permitted to be used for your own commercial purposes.
This particular event, we're hosting our Poker Run drive from Houston to Lake Charles, Louisiana and many will be staying at the Golden Nugget Casino and Resort overnight. The poker run is our most volume heavy of our event types due to it's low cost for entry and the driving game itself is a lot of fun wherein registrants must stop at five locations to pick up a playing card. Ultimately each registrant will end up with five cards, making a poker hand and the top three and worst hands are awarded prizes. Afterparties always have ensued and the entire event and nightlife is documented by our photographers, videographers and drone operators.
