It is a pleasure to invite you to participate at the 2015 Quality Health Africa Summit. The Summit will be held on October 23rd from 9am-4pm at the US House of Representatives Rayburn House, Capitol Hill, Washington DC. The event will wrap up with the 2nd Annual QHA Reception on October 24th from 6pm-11pm at the Cannon Caucus Room at the US Capitol Building.
The 2015 Quality Health Africa Summit is a flagship program that will strive to target ways to strengthen and sustain Africa’s vulnerable health system. This two day program held in the United States and Africa will focus on current developments and international relations through lectures, workshops and discussions. The Theme for this year's Summit is "Innovation in Combating the Health System Disparities in Africa".
The weekend will wrap up with a Fundraising Reception in support of QHA's mission on October 24th, 2015 held in the US House of Representative Cannon Caucus room. The reception will be hosted by award winning actress, TV host, and producer, Ama K. Abebrese with entertainment provided by Congolese artist, Rafiya. Invited Guest of Honor include Dr. Foli Sekyema MD; President of Ghana Physicians and Surgeons Association, Marcella Orin of General Electric Corporation, Mrs. Clare Omatseye; Country Consultant for Healthcare Federation of Nigeria, Dr. Seif Seleman Rashidi; Minister of Tanzania Ministry of Health, Dr. Samuel Were; Head of Ministry of Health Kenya, Jeffrey Wright; actor, and many more.
